Together with the early Black Friday 2018 deal on Kindle Unlimited, Amazon has revealed the limited-time offer on Audible audiobooks.
This deal is perfect for anyone who wants to test the Audible platform for more than 30 days of free trial. Now, three months of Audible Gold membership are 53% off. For these first three months you will pay just $6.95/month instead of a regular fee set at
The total cost for three months is $20.85 vs.
$44.85. The latter counts the total cost of the Audible membership if you are not eligible for the free trial. The total saving is 53%.
If you are new to Audible, you haven’t used your right to the free trial. In this case, you will pay only for the second and third month. The total cost after three months equals $29.90. It means that you are still saving money (over 30%) if you grab the current Audible deal.
What you have to keep in mind is that the deal is not the best one this year. During Prime Day 2018, Prime members were eligible to grab three months of Audible for $4.95 per month. The same deal was offered during last year’s Cyber Monday.
Is this the best Audible deal you can get during Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2018? I believe so. It would be a very bad move to offer the same conditions for the price lowered to $4.95. Users who got the $6.95/month deal would get angry, no doubt about it.
Instead, we predict the deals on Audible books bought the traditional way. Last year, hundreds of audiobooks were offered at prices reduced by up to 50%.
