In a press release announcing Prime Day 2018, Amazon is claiming it will be the biggest shopping event ever held.

100 million Prime subscribers around the world will have exclusive access to over one million deals across almost all categories, including apparel & personal accessories, home & garden, or electronics.

Among the deepest deals, you will see the ones on voice-controlled devices: “Prime members will enjoy the biggest deals yet on Alexa-enabled products, including Echo, Fire TV, and Fire tablets this Prime Day.”

The official Prime Day 2018 shop is a great way to spot highlighted deals, but on a single page, you can’t put all exciting deals.

That’s why we are putting together a list of all current deals available exclusively for Prime members. These deals are addressed to users or potential users of Amazon’s devices and services: Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Echo speakers, or Kindle Unlimited and Audible subscriptions.

The last part of this overview lists all currently active deals that are available for all Amazon customers, not only Prime members. Sometimes, these regular offers, naming only the Kindle Unlimited deal, are more attractive than what you can find in Prime Day 2018 directory.

The main directory of Prime Day 2018 deals may not include everything that’s related to Kindle e-readers. We’ve collected them in a handy list below.

• Top deal: get Kindle Paperwhite for only $79 – no such huge price cut was ever offered on the 3rd-generation Kindle Paperwhite. On Prime Day 2017, the discount was $30. So, on Prime Day 2018, you can save $40 and pay only $79 ($119) for the WiFi-only variant with special offers,

Besides the entry-level Kindle model, it includes a durable kid-friendly case cover, and a 2-year worry-free guarantee. Now you can get it for $99.99 ($124.98), and keep 20% in your pocket. It sounds like a great back-to-school deal,
• get certified refurbished Kindle Paperwhite for $69.99 – the best selling Kindle model will be sold during Prime for $79.99, but if you want to pay even less, you should take a look at this refurbished one. It is tested to look and work like new and its price is down to $69.99, after the discount for Prime members.

Prime Day 2018 Fire tablet deals

• Top deal: get Fire 7 for $29.99 – the 7-inch Fire is Amazon’s most affordable tablet. The regular price is $49.99 but for Prime Day 2018 the device is discounted by $20, so that you can grab it for only $29.99, and your saving is as much as 40%. We’ve seen this deal price last year on Prime Day and Black Friday,
• save $30 on Fire HD 8 – the middle-size Fire tablet is also on sale for Prime members through July 17, 2018. It features the 8-inch HD display, and you can get it for $49.99 which means a 38% price drop from $79.99,
• save $50 on the 10-inch Fire HD – Fire HD 10 is a powerful entertainment machine. It combines widescreen 1080p Full HD display (1920 × 1200 px, 224 ppi) with hands-free Alexa voice assistant. Prime Day 2018 deals on Audible and Kindle Unlimited

Take a look at active Prime Day deals on Amazon’s popular subscriptions:

• get 3 months of Audible membership for $4.95 a month – if you like listening to audiobooks, you must check out this deal from Audible. The regular fee of the subscription is $14.95 per month, but you can get it for $4.95 for first three months (a 66% saving). Most probably, there won’t be any better deal on Audible subscription this Prime Day, so there is no need to wait.
• get 3 months of Kindle Unlimited for $0.99 – this deal is addressed to Prime members who want to get unlimited access to summer Kindle reads for the lowest possible price, and are not eligible for Kindle Unlimited free trial any more. Other Amazon deals

What you need to know is that Amazon is giving a “Prime Day” label to other existing deals, even when they are not exclusively available for Prime members.

For instance, if you visit Kindle Store homepage, you will see a banner saying “Celebrate Prime Day with Kindle”, but only one of the deals is Prime-exclusive – the Kindle Unlimited 3-month subscription for $1. The rest are Kindle Daily Deals and highlights from Monthly Kindle deals – and they are available to regular Amazon customers as well.
