The world is impatiently waiting Prime Day 2018 deals to be revealed, but it doesn’t mean regular Amazon customers won’t be able to get good deals this summer.

Right now, Amazon is running a few limited-time promotions on Kindle, Fire, and Echo, and you can find all of them by going to Gold Box, and then narrowing down the results to “Amazon Devices.”
Two deals caught my attention, as they are equally attractive to what you can get on Prime Day or Black Friday.
And you know what the best thing about them is? You don’t have to be a Prime member, and you don’t need to wait for Prime Day, to grab them.
Amazon Echo Show costs now only $159.99. Its price cut by as much as $70, from the regular
$229.99. It means you can keep 30% in your pocket.
Today’s Echo Show deal is better than on Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2017, where the price was reduced to “only” $179.99.
Echo Show is a smart speaker, but the one that enables you to see things, and not only hear things. Launched in June 2017, it’s equipped with a large 7-inch touchscreen display. Thanks to that, you can watch Amazon Video content, read music lyrics, see security cameras, or weather forecasts.
The second deal will let you get a free Echo Dot with the purchase of Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet. Echo Dot is worth $49.99 and is the smallest Alexa-powered speaker. It’s the best and most affordable way to bring Alexa to smaller rooms.
If you plan to buy the 10-inch Fire tablet anytime soon, you can consider this deal a good one. You pay only for the tablet. It’s $149.99 for the variant with special offers and 32 GB on board. If you bought these two devices separately, you would pay $200, so your saving is around 25%.
The Fire + Echo deal is something Amazon might be cooking for Prime Day. Bringing the prices of Kindle and Fire devices further down would do more harm than good. Instead, Amazon may bundle Fire tablets with other Amazon devices, and Alexa technology is something that makes the most sense.
If you think, you’ll wait for Prime deals, think twice. Our Prime Day 2018 price comparison shows that the deals on Fire and Echo devices were not as good as on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
