It’s not only clever, but also very practical. First, when closed, you can store it or take it wherever you want.
The easy setup lets you turn it into a multifunctional furniture: a stool, a foot rest, a nightstand, or even a standing work desk. Other possible uses?
Stack it up and make a table & chair set. Add a wood board on top of 2 Booknitures to make it a bench. Stack a few layers more and it becomes a shelf! Possibility with Bookniture is endless. As long as you don’t limit your imagination!
A transformation from a book to a furniture is possible thanks to an advanced Origami Structure, a patent-pending extra strong and flexible structure invented by Mike Mak, combined with traditional craft of bookbinding.
And when not in use, you can put Bookniture on a bookcase, as it’s designed to fit most of the shelves. Its dimensions are 33 × 18 × 4 cm, and it weighs 1.6 kg.
For more details, visit Bookniture website, where you’ll be also able to buy it.
