An interactive book using pre-cinema techniques (video)

An Italian filmmaker Virgilio Villoresi and illustrator Virginia Mori have created a wonderful book called Vento.

This animated book is inspired by techniques that date back to the origins of the film. The book’s pages unfold through time, giving the reader the possibility to find hidden meanings in the plot.

As each image unveils its own story, the reader is free to imagine what connections may or may not exist between them.
